Kenneth Dolin:

    President and primary inspector for Kenco Home Services. I have been in the residential property industry for 15 years with experience in all facets of the industry, from private investing in single family homes for rental and resale, renovation and remodeling contractor, Previously held a Mortgage Brokers license, Real Estate salespersons license and Real Estate Brokers license as well as being a homeowner.

   Having been privileged to have experience from all points of view in real estate transactions provides me with a unique perspective that benefits my clients. I can offer you the experience of a contractor, investor, home owner,landlord,mortgage broker, salesperson,broker and home inspector.

Gina Dolin:

  Vice President of Marketing for Kenco Home Services. Gina has experience as a Senior Producer for a National Home Improvement Television Series. Thanks to her creative influence Gina is helping make Kenco Home Services the new standard in the industry.

Michael Combs:

  Michael is currently enrolled in Palm Beach State College and is working toward his degree in Computer Animation.  Michale's role is Creative Director for Kenco Home Services.

Richard Di Stefano:

  Lead Consultant and Inspector. Richard has been an Architect in South Florida for 30 years.

 Ronnie Di Stefano:

Ronnie serves as the Administrative Assistant for Kenco Home Services.
