President, founder and Inspector for Kenco Home Inspections. I have been in the residential property industry for 20+ years with experience in all facets of the industry, from private investing in single family homes for rental and resale, renovation and remodeling contractor, previously held a Mortgage Brokers License, Real Estate Broker License, Licensed Mold Assessor, Licensed Mold remediator, Licensed for Radon testing and a DACS cardholder for termite inspection under DL pest control as well as being a homeowner.
Having been privileged to have experience from all points of view in real estate transactions provides me with a unique perspective that benefits my clients. I can offer you the experience of a contractor, investor, home owner, landlord, mortgage broker and home inspector with tremendous experience in the industry. Our company has completed in excess of 17,000 inspections of homes ranging from 600 ft.² to over 15,000 ft.², condominiums, mobile homes, commercial properties including restaurants, hotels, warehouses, medical buildings, veterinarian hospitals.

Hello, my name is Paul Morra and I am a Certified Master/Lead inspector here at Kenco Home Inspections with thousands of inspections completed over my 6 plus years in this field. When I’m not doing inspections I have a passion for cars, family, friends and football. My dad and I ran a weekly car meet that ran for over 20 years with every car you could imagine, out of the hundreds that would cruise to the meet.

My name is Daniel Downey. I was born and raised in sunny south Florida, spending the last 20 years right here in West Palm Beach. Growing up and working with my father who was a licensed general contractor made getting into home inspections business a easy transition. I love all the aspects of the inspection and construction business, and working with Kenco is an absolute pleasure. When I’m not working I’m usually attending Miami Dolphins / Panthers games, grilling or enjoying the South Florida weather down at the beach.
