2020 has been a year full of surprises and challenges. From COVID-19, to an unpreceded hurricane season and more, we’ve faced a tough year. When we rang in the new year, we had no idea the shifts we’d have to make to keep our business running this year. Yet, our dedicated customers and faithful community supported us. For that, we at Kenco Home Inspections are abundantly grateful!

A Year of Changes

I know that everyone has different views on regulations and restrictions related to COVID-19. As a business, we have an obligation to follow local rules and guidelines. Plus, we have a responsibility to protect our team, customers and community.

A failure to do so puts our business at risk. I am thankful to each one of you who worked with us through these changes and challenges. Whether that meant wearing a mask, scheduling a virtual meeting or simply staying 6-feet apart, we couldn’t have made this year work without your cooperation.

Southeast Florida, Locally-Owned Business

Small businesses are the backbone of the U.S. economy. As a small business owner, I know our success depends on the trust of our local community. Our team lives and works in the communities we serve.

This means, we prioritize quality service, clear communication and a polite and respectful experience for each inspection. We want you to feel valued and safe during your inspection.

At Kenco Home Inspections, we love our work and serving our local community. We want to see our local community thrive. This year reminded me that we are truly in this together.

Thankful for Our Team

From our office support team to our inspectors in the field, I am thankful to each person who helped us continue to operate this year. I value and appreciate each person’s flexibility and fortitude. Especially in the early days of constant and unexpected shifts, our team stood firm.

I am proud of each of you for a job well done!
