KEN DOLIN
President, founder and Inspector for Kenco Home Inspections. I have been in the residential property industry for 23+ years with experience in all facets of the industry, from private investing in single family homes for rental and resale, renovation and remodeling contractor, previously held a Mortgage Brokers License, Real Estate Broker License, Licensed Mold Assessor, Licensed Mold remediator, Licensed for Radon testing and a DACS cardholder for termite inspection under DL pest control as well as being a homeowner.

Having been privileged to have experience from all points of view in real estate transactions provides me with a unique perspective that benefits my clients. I can offer you the experience of a contractor, investor, home owner, landlord, mortgage broker and home inspector with tremendous experience in the industry. Our company has completed in excess of 100,000 inspections of homes ranging from 600 ft.² to over 15,000 ft.², condominiums, mobile homes, commercial properties including restaurants, hotels, warehouses, medical buildings, veterinarian hospitals.
