We are a full-service home inspection company that has been in business for 24+ years.

Our goal is to provide home buyers and sellers with an efficient inspection report that educates them on their home, dwelling and property. What we aim for is to give our customers PEACE OF MIND by providing them with all the tools they will need to clearly understand their homes current and future condition. We also believe it is our duty to make all home owners aware of any hazards or risks to their health or financial investments.

With Ken Dolin's license number being HI-59 and there are over 17,000 Licensed home inspectors in Florida, we are one of the first to become licensed in the industry.

On Staff we have a Florida State Licensed Mold Assessor and a Licensed Mold Remediator, to further your needs regarding any Mold Concerns. We do Not preform Remediation ourselves however in order to maintain our status as independent unbiased evaluators.

On Staff we have a Florida State Licensed Radon Technician and preform Radon Testing through a Certified Lab with the latest state of the art equipment

One of the unique features we offer is an onsite presentation utilizing all the photos that are taken at the time of inspection, we take the extra time to download and go over all the items that we will use to create your personalized inspection report at no additional charge, we have found that this visual presentation helps you better understand the report after completed and helps prevent anxiety while waiting for the report so you can focus on other things or if there is a major issue to you, this allows you to get a head start on resolving whatever is of a concern for you. The old quote "A picture is worth a thousand words" comes to mind, and we give you both. We are also available via phone, Facetime etc. to go over the report if you can not be present

We understand the expenses involved in the process of purchasing a home, and also understand that even though you may have selected a home for purchase, there are circumstances that may arise during the process that cause a change of heart or mind, and the inspection is an expense that you have to insure regardless, so if the contract falls through on a home we inspect for any reason even if it is not inspection related, we would like to offer you a second inspection guarantee that provides a discount on a subsequent inspection to help with the financial burden.

    Windstorm Mitigation

    A windstorm mitigation inspection is a verification of the installed protective features of a home. There is no pass or fail, only documentation of the home's current state at the time of inspection.

    Four Point Inspections

    A “Four Point Inspection” focuses only on four main areas of interest in a home: HVAC, Electrical wiring and panels, Plumbing connections and fixtures, Roof.

    Commercial Inspections

    Our Commercial Building Inspections are done by a single experienced building inspector or by a team of inspectors. We often deploy teams of 3 to 6 inspectors.

    Drain Line Scope

    Often overlooked until there is an issue the drain lines like an iceberg where most of the components are underground or not visible. We have specialized equipment that allows us to view the interior of the drain system and record pictures and video
